IOCL Executives Recruitment 2026, Exam Pattern:-

1. Computer Based Test consist Two Section, Section A & Section B.
2. Section A Subject General Aptitude will be 50 Questions. Time duration of Exam will be 60 Minute.
3. Section B subject 50 questions. Time duration of exam will be 90 Minute.
4. Each Questions carry one Mark.
5. Their will be negative marks 0.25 for every wrong Answers.

• Candidate belonging to PWD categories are required to secure 25% in each section A and B and minimum 30% marks overall (Section A +Section B) to qualify in CBT.
• Weitage will be Computer Based Test 85%, Group Discussion/Group Task 5% and Personal Interview 10%.
