Selected candidates will receive an attractive stipend during training.

• Station Controller/Train Operator- Rs. 18000/- per month.
• Jr. Engineer – Rs. 18000/- per month.

Important Guidelines for GMRC Non Executive Recruitment 2026:-

• Selected candidates appointed for training cum probation period of two years.
• During the training and Probation period selected candidates have to passed various examination during training after successful of training candidates will be appointed for contract period of five years with IDA Pay Scales.
• Selected candidates have to given surety bond as per given details. For Station Controller cum Train Operator (SC/TO) & Jr. Engineer, the Surety amount is of Rs. 2,50,000/-.  And  For Maintainers (MNTR), the Surety amount is of Rs. 1,25,000/-.
