Who Can Apply?
- Candidates passed Matriculation who have participated or Won medal in the International or National or Inter-University Competition or Khelo India Games from 01/01/2024 to 01/11/2026 can apply ITBP Sports Quota Recruitment 2026.

Selection Process:- The selection of candidates will be based on:
- Document Verification
- Physical Standard Test.
- Detail Medical Examination.
- Sports Trial Test.
Physical Standard:-
- Height =;- Male:- 170 cms Female:- 157 cms.
- Chest For Male candidates:- Un Expanded:- 80 cmc, Minimum Expansion:- 5 cms.
Sports Trial Test:-
- After Successful of Document verification & Physical Standard test, Candidates have to go for Sports trial test which will be conduct Board of officers in the sport event. Sports trial test will be 40 Marks, Minimum cut-off Marks in Sports trial test will be 20 Marks.
- Candidates who can not get minimum cut-off marks in the sport trial test will be eliminated of this recruitment process.
Merit List:- After Physical Standard Test & Sports trial Test, Merit List will be prepared on the basis of Candidates marks obtained in the sports Discipline. Candidates will be short listed for the Detail medical Examination on the basis of Merit.
Detail Medical Examination:- On the basis of result of the Documentation, Physical standard Test, Sports Trial Test and Merit, candidates will be required to undergo Detailed Medical Examination to assess their fitness.
Important Instruction for ITBP Sports Quota Recruitment 2026.
- Candidates shall be required to serve in the Force for a minimum period of 10 years. If any person after joining the service wants to resign from the service before the expiry of 10 years, he or she is required to refund a sum equal to three months pay and allowances attached to the post or the cost of training imparted to him or her by the Force, whichever is higher.
- Selected candidates shall have to undergo Basic Training and such other courses as prescribed in the Force from time to time.
- These vacancies are not open for physically challenged persons or ex-servicemen.
